Swifto AI: what you need to know

What exactly is Swifto AI?

It's Swifto ERP's private conversational assistant: you ask your business questions in natural language and it answers with your company's real figures — revenue, unpaid invoices, stock, cash flow, purchasing, HR… It is accessible from the Swifto AI mobile app.

Is my data sent to an external AI (ChatGPT, etc.)?

No. Language understanding runs on the company's servers. External AI options are disabled by default and, even when enabled by the administrator, never transmit your ERP data — only the question asked.

Can the assistant modify or delete data?

No, it's impossible by design: Swifto AI is strictly read-only, with a double lock (software + database). To create or modify, you use Swifto ERP as usual.

Can an employee see figures they're not entitled to?

No. The assistant applies exactly the profiles and privileges defined in your ERP: without read access to a module, the question is politely refused. Sensitive employee records follow the position hierarchy and bank details (RIB) are always masked.
