Modules & features

Swifto has 9 integrated business modules: CRM and sales activity; Sales and invoicing; Purchasing and suppliers; Inventory and stock-taking; Finance and treasury; Accounting; HR and payroll; Production; and the mobile apps. You activate only the modules you need, and they share the same data.
Yes. Swifto handles multi-warehouse stock in simple mode, by batch, or by batch with expiry date (best-before date). It provides transfers between warehouses, stock-taking, stock valuation, return vouchers and stockout or minimum-threshold alerts — useful notably in food processing and distribution.
In Swifto, you create a quote, turn it into a purchase order, deliver, invoice and then collect payment. Each step automatically updates stock and treasury. The module also handles credit notes, multi-currency with exchange rates, per-customer pricing and tracking of the balance due with overdue-payment reminders.
Yes. Swifto's Production module handles manufacturing orders: consumption of raw materials, manufacturing tracking and the entry of finished products valued directly into stock. It integrates with purchasing and inventory for a complete chain, suited to manufacturers and processors.
Yes. Swifto's CRM and sales activity module manages the deal pipeline, opportunities, visits, calls and follow-ups. It lets you track sales-rep performance and the conversion rate of quotes into orders, in the field as well as at headquarters.

Tunisian compliance

Yes. Swifto natively handles Tunisian VAT, the fiscal stamp, withholding tax and the legal numbering of documents. It produces compliant invoices, credit notes and vouchers, with tracking of the balance due and overdue-payment reminders.
Yes. Swifto's HR and payroll module calculates payroll compliant with Tunisian regulations: CNSS contributions, income tax (IRPP) by brackets, social solidarity contribution (CSS), with handling of dependent children, head of household, disabled children and children in higher education. It also manages leave, contracts, bonuses and social declarations.
Yes. On sales as well as purchases, Swifto automatically applies withholding tax and the fiscal stamp according to the settings in force. The amounts are calculated on the invoices and tracked to make your declarations easier.
Yes. Swifto's accounting module manages journals, configurable taxes and supporting documents, and allows exports for your firm. VAT, withholding tax and the tamper-proof history of operations make declarations and audits easier, for smooth work with your accountant.

Mobile & offline

Yes. Swifto offers several mobile apps: CRM (visits, opportunities, follow-ups), order taking, mobile selling, point of sale (POS) and stock-taking. They sync in real time with the platform as soon as the network is available.
Yes. Swifto's mobile apps work even without a network connection. Sales reps, delivery staff and mobile sellers can enter orders, visits and payments offline; the data syncs automatically with the platform as soon as the connection is back.
Yes. Swifto is built for distribution and mobile selling: mobile order taking, direct selling on rounds, delivery-staff management, dispatch and return vouchers, all synced in real time with headquarters, even after offline entry in the field.
