In brief

Swifto or Hesabi: what does each one actually cover?

Both solutions are Tunisian, online, and overlap widely: invoicing, purchasing, stock, point of sale, accounting, CNSS/IRPP payroll and electronic invoicing for the TTN platform. Hesabi adds what an accounting firm needs: a multi-client portal for the accountant, a B2B customer portal, automated TEJ filings and AI-assisted document import, from 390 TND excl. tax per year (Starter) and 790 TND excl. tax per year for the Pro plan that includes accounting and payroll. Swifto adds what a company that manufactures, delivers and sells in the field needs: manufacturing orders, fleet management, mobile field sales and apps that keep working offline, from 59.9 TND excl. tax per month for five users. Facts taken from both publishers' public pages on 7 September 2026.

Starting point

Two Tunisian suites, two audiences

Hesabi is built around tax work and the accountant's day. Swifto is built around operations: manufacture, store, deliver, sell on the road, then post to the books. Here is what each publisher states on its own site.

Hesabi's strengths

What Hesabi does well

  • Accounting-firm portal across organisations: a practice manages its whole client portfolio from one login — Swifto has no such workspace.
  • Automated tax work: TEJ filings in XML with bulk export, FODEC, and VAT at 0/7/13/19 %.
  • AI-assisted document import (PDF, Excel, images) to bring in existing records without re-keying.
  • B2B customer portal: your customers view their own documents in self-service.
  • Low annual entry price: 390 TND excl. tax/year for Starter, 790 TND excl. tax/year for Pro with accounting and payroll, and a Cabinet plan at 2,490 TND excl. tax/year.
What Swifto adds

What Swifto covers on top

  • Manufacturing and production orders: bills of materials, orders, raw-material consumption and finished goods entering stock — not offered on the other side.
  • Fleet management: vehicles, fuel, servicing, insurance, incidents and cost per kilometre.
  • Mobile field sales and rounds (10 TND excl. tax/month per seller), with apps that keep working outside network coverage.
  • CRM and sales cycle (25 TND excl. tax/month): leads, opportunities, visits, meetings and quotes tied to the same customer file.
  • Multi-company and dashboards: up to two companies on the Sur mesure plan (+49 TND excl. tax/month per company), with indicators consolidated by sales channel.

Clarification

A comparison published elsewhere, and what our own pages say

As of 7 September 2026, a comparison page published by this vendor presents Swifto as lacking several functions. We do not question its good faith: comparison pages age quickly and our plans have changed. Here, point by point, is what our own pages state on the same date — each is linked, so you can check.

Conversely, several functions this vendor highlights are genuinely absent from our pages, and we say so just as plainly: the multi-client accounting-firm portal, the B2B customer portal, automated TEJ filings with bulk export, AI-assisted document import and FODEC handling. If that is your main requirement, its solution will serve you better than ours.

An informed choice

Which business should choose what?

Both solutions are serious and Tunisian. The right choice depends on who will use the tool day to day.

Hesabi is a good fit if…

You are an accounting practice managing a client portfolio, or an SME whose main concern is tax: TEJ filings, FODEC, VAT, and a backlog of documents to import. The multi-organisation portal and AI-assisted import are built for exactly that work.

Swifto is a better fit if…

You manufacture, you track stock by batch or expiry date, you deliver with vehicles, you sell on rounds or across several points of sale, and you want accounting and payroll to be fed by those operations rather than keyed in separately.

How to decide safely

Both publishers offer 14 days of trial without a credit card. Open both, load your real data, and run a full month through them: an invoice, a stock receipt, a payroll run, a tax return. What jams during the trial will jam in production too.

Frequently asked questions

Swifto vs Hesabi: what business owners ask us

As of 7 September 2026, Hesabi's site shows three annual plans: Starter at 390 TND excl. tax/year, Pro at 790 TND excl. tax/year including accounting and payroll, and Cabinet at 2,490 TND excl. tax/year for accounting practices, with a 14-day trial and no card required. The number of users included in each plan is not stated.
Yes. Accounting is a 49 TND excl. tax/month option: Tunisian NCT chart of accounts, double-entry postings, general ledger, trial balance, financial years and the monthly return. CNSS, IRPP and CSS payroll with payslips and leave is included in the Diamant plan. Our Accounting and HR & Payroll pages set out the detail.
Yes. Our dedicated page describes issuing El Fatoora-compliant invoices in TEIF format, electronically signed, for the Tunisie TradeNet platform. Our pages do not, however, mention automated TEJ filings or the bulk multi-client export that this vendor offers.
Hesabi, without hesitation, if the goal is to manage a portfolio of clients: it offers a multi-organisation accounting-firm portal and bulk TEJ export that we do not have. Swifto addresses the company itself, and gives its accountant the journals, trial balance and supporting documents.
Swifto. Manufacturing orders, fleet management and mobile field sales with offline apps are part of our modules; they do not appear among those published by this vendor as of 7 September 2026. That is the clearest gap in scope between the two solutions.
Yes. Data migration is assisted by our team in Tunisia: customers, suppliers, items, balances and opening stock. How long it takes depends on the volume and quality of the export your current tool provides. Book a demo so we can assess your case before any commitment.
