Dashboards manual
Swifto's dashboards turn your data into decisions: cross-module real-time indicators (sales, stock, purchasing, HR), interactive charts and alerts. Four flagship views: Global, Sales, Stock and HR.
Overview
Swifto's analytics aggregate data from every module in real time. Each dashboard opens with a scoreboard of summary KPIs at the top, followed by a grid of charts (lines, bars, donuts, treemaps) detailing the activity. Everything can be filtered by period and is expressed in the company's currency (TND).
Objective
- Manage the business at a glance
- Compare N vs N-1, track trends
- Detect shortages, receivables, expiry alerts
- Anticipate treasury and payroll cost
Target audience
- Executives — 360° view (Global)
- Sales management — Sales
- Logistics — Stock
- HR / payroll — Human resources
Revenue N vs N-1, expenses, growth + stock KPIs.
Revenue, margin, receivables, top customers & items.
Valuation, turnover, expiry alerts.

Access and navigation
Each dashboard is accessible from the left-hand side menu: Global dashboard at the top, then a dashboard attached to each module (Sales, Purchasing, Stock, Finance, HR).
Each dashboard is calculated on the fly when opened (and on every period change). On a large database, the charts may take a few seconds to display.
Global dashboard
360° view of the company: revenue for the current year vs the previous year, expenses, growth and overall health, complemented by strategic stock indicators.
Global scoreboard KPIs
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Current-year revenue | Cumulative revenue for the current year (based on delivery notes). |
| Previous-year revenue | Same cumulative total for year N-1, for a direct comparison. |

| Current-year expenses | Cumulative expenses (purchases) for the current year. |
| Overall health | Summary gauge of annual target attainment. |

| Items in shortage / below threshold | Number of references at 0 and below the minimum alert threshold. |

| Expiry alerts | Expired batches and those nearing expiry (advanced stock mode only). |
The Expiry alerts card only appears if your company uses advanced stock management (by batch / expiry date).

Headcount by age bracket.
Organizational breakdown.
New employees over time.
Approved days per month, provisions.
Retention indicator.
Salary structure.
Seniority and hiring dates are estimated from the employee record's creation date. Payroll cost is based on the generated payslips.
Period selector & filters
Each dashboard offers a Search button that opens a filter window. You set a date range (and, for HR, a department); all KPIs and charts recalculate.
Filter the period
Month filters — on some views, month pills let you quickly switch periods.
Currency — all amounts are displayed in the company's currency (by default the Tunisian dinar — TND).
Reading charts
Three main chart families. Hover over an element to display a detailed tooltip (value, share in %, rank, calculation formula).
Donut
Breakdown of a total into shares (%). E.g. collection methods, gender, contracts.
Bars
Comparison / ranking. E.g. revenue by customer, headcount by department.
Line
Evolution over time + trend. E.g. monthly revenue, payroll cost.
Tip — the help icon next to a panel's title displays the exact formula for the indicator. Ideal for understanding where a figure comes from.
Alerts & notifications
Stock shortages — items at zero quantity, highlighted (red) on the Global dashboard and the Stock dashboard.
Below minimum threshold — items whose quantity falls below the alert threshold: to be replenished.
Expiry alerts — expired batches or those nearing expiry (advanced stock). To be cleared as a priority.
Customer receivables — amount remaining to collect, tracked on the Sales dashboard for collection.
Critical leave balances — employees with a balance ≤ 0, monitored on the HR side (leave provision).
FAQ & Tips
A chart is empty?
There is probably no data for the selected period (or a field left blank, e.g. gender / date of birth for the age pyramid). Widen the period.
The "Expiry alerts" card doesn't appear?
It is reserved for advanced stock (batch / expiry-date management). In simple mode, it is hidden — that's normal.
Loading takes a long time?
Dashboards are recalculated when opened. On a large database, wait a few seconds after clicking.
Tip — management routine
Start each day with the Global dashboard (360° view), then open the relevant module's dashboard for detail. Use the formula tooltips to explain a variance in a meeting.
