Overview

The Customer satisfaction questionnaires dashboard reports, question by question, the answers to the satisfaction questionnaires completed during visits. Unlike the Surveys dashboard, it is built around two tables — one for yes / no questions, one for choice questions — each row being expandable into a detail pie chart.

Purpose

  • Read satisfaction question by question
  • Compare several questionnaires
  • Drill into a question in one click
  • Spot friction points

Audience

  • Quality manager — customer satisfaction
  • Sales management — network perception
  • Area manager — feedback from their area

Satisfaction questionnaires are designed in the sales activity settings and filled in the field via Swifto CRM Mobile.

Difference with the Surveys dashboard

Both screens exploit questionnaires, but they do not answer the same need.

4

“Yes / no” questions

The first table lists binary questions, grouped by questionnaire, with the answer counts.

Grouping by questionnaire makes it possible to display several questionnaires at once without mixing them: each block stays readable on its own.

5

Choice questions

The second table handles option-based questions: one row per possible answer, with its number of occurrences.

On a satisfaction scale, do not look only at the top option: the sum of the two negative options is often the most actionable indicator.

A multiple-choice question produces a total higher than the number of respondents: do not mechanically convert these counts into a percentage of customers.

6

Detail pie chart

The Detail button on a row opens the graphical breakdown of the question.

The pie chart restates exactly the values of the row: it adds no calculation, it simply makes the proportion readable at a glance.

7

Empty table

When no satisfaction questionnaire has been completed within the consulted scope, the tables display an explicit message.

First check that a satisfaction questionnaire is indeed attached to the visits, then that the mobile devices have synchronised their answers.

FAQ & Tips

A question shows 0 Yes and 0 No?

The question exists in the questionnaire but nobody answered it. Check that it is not optional and badly placed at the end of the form.

I see the same question several times?

It belongs to several distinct questionnaires. Grouping by questionnaire lets you tell them apart.

The figures differ from the Surveys dashboard?

The two screens do not share the same scope: this one is limited to customer satisfaction questionnaires, the other covers all surveys.

Can I export these tables?

The tables are meant to be read on screen; for external processing, rely on the satisfaction survey screens of the Sales activity module.

Tip — quarterly satisfaction review. Track the same questions from one quarter to the next: the trend is what matters, far more than the absolute level of an isolated quarter.
