Overview

The HR dashboard consolidates the company's HR data: headcount, payroll cost (gross, net, employer contributions), average salary and leave provision. It draws on employee records, generated payslips and contracts, and breaks down into 13 charts (monthly cost, contracts, gender, age pyramid, departments, leave, seniority…).

  • Control payroll cost
  • Provision for leave
  • Analyze age, seniority, contracts

Target audience

Payroll cost & contributions

The breakdown of net / employer contributions / IRPP & CSS helps understand the full cost of the payroll beyond just the net paid.

Breakdown of gross costCosts
Net paid — what the employee receives.
Employer contributions — employer CNSS.
IRPP & CSS — tax withholdings.
5

Monthly payroll cost

The month-by-month trend of the gross cost, with an average line, highlights peaks (bonuses, 13th-month pay, hiring).

Monthly gross payroll cost

The curve is based on generated payslips: a month with no generation will appear as zero.

6

Headcount by contract (donut)

Two complementary donuts: the breakdown of headcount by contract type (CDI, CDD, internship, SIVP…) and by gender.

Headcount by contract type
Headcount by gender

If gender is not filled in on some records, the donut will be partial (no crash).

7

Age pyramid

The age pyramid breaks down headcount by age bracket — a key indicator for anticipating retirements and knowledge-transfer needs.

Headcount by age bracket

The pyramid depends on the date of birth entered on employee records; records with no date are excluded from the calculation.

8

Departments, leave & seniority

The organizational analyses: headcount by department, leave by type and seniority by bracket.

9

Department filter & rules

The Search dialog offers, in addition to dates, a filter by department that restricts the whole set of KPIs and charts.

Seniority & hiring — estimated from the creation date of the employee record (no dedicated hire date).

Payroll cost — calculated on the year's payslips; the cost by department maps each payslip to the employee's department.

FAQ & Tips

The payroll cost is zero?

No payslip has been generated for the period. Generate the payslips then reopen the dashboard.

The age pyramid is incomplete?

Enter the date of birth (and gender) on employee records for complete charts.

Tip — monthly HR review

Filter by department to compare units, and monitor the leave provision to avoid critical balances at year-end.
