Manual Meetings & Notes
Meetings and notes make up the sales traceability of a deal. Meetings track appointments (date, objective, members, minutes); notes form the journal of exchanges (description, author, date).
Overview
Around each deal, two entities track sales activity. Meetings record appointments (with objective, internal and external participants, minutes). Notes capture free-form observations as they happen (call, email, follow-up, decision). Together, they let any colleague pick up a deal without losing any information.

Business rules
Mandatory linkage — a meeting and a note always belong to a deal; it is impossible to create one outside an opportunity.
Automatic author & date — on a note, the author (logged-in user) and the entry date are filled in by the system.
Configurable objectives — the list of meeting objectives is defined in the module's Settings; adapt it to your sales process.
Isolation by company — meetings and notes belong to the current company and are never visible from another company.

FAQ & Tips
Meeting or note?
A meeting tracks an appointment (date, participants, minutes). A note is a free-form observation entered at any time (call, email, follow-up) — lighter and quicker.
The meeting objective doesn't appear in the list?
Add it first in Settings › Meeting objectives, then it will be offered when scheduling.
How do I keep a deal "alive"?
Enter a note after every exchange and a meeting for every appointment. The deal record then traces the whole timeline.
